Program is as stated!

I followed the program and testing as required. Created an account an made sure I met my deadlines.

I had no problem with the site. They supplied the supplement PROGENE, took daily as required, and sent in my saliva for testing. They provided all packaging and postage. Could not be any easier.

Results were posted quickly. The program was exactly as stated. I finished the program and am still taking PROGENE on a monthly basis.

I would not say I have had major gains but I do have more energy and my libido has improved. I will continue to take PROGENE!

It worked great for me

I tried free trial and it was awesome. I did notice the benefits.

I did miss a deadline, but called and they let me do it and didn't charge me. This isn't a rip off if something happens just call the office and talk to them. overall I like progene. After about a week I noticed the benefits more stamina at work and with the wife...lol.

I also ate well and tried to drink water and be healthy. I think people need to realize nothing is a miracle pill you need to put the effort in to attain the desired results. overall I would recommend progene to anyone that wants to boost testosterone.

I would recommend that you eat healthy while trying to attain desired results. Taking this alone will not get results, make healthy lifestyle changes with this product to get good results

Study isnt a scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I did the study for the free testing. It works if you follow the instructions.

I got the tests, followed the instructions, posted fake results each week (because I didnt take it), and sold the supplements on ebay.

i took the test at the end and the n took the additional free month of Progene and sold that. In all, i got 2 free tests and made 85 bucks.

Progene - 30 day test subject - Buyer Beware!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This company is a scam! I completed their 30 day testing as outlined by Progene.

I logged into my account and posted all my materials on time. I took all the requested samples and they were submitted on time and per progene directions. They charge my credit card $200.00!! They claimed that test was not submitted or performed correctly.

I tried to call customer service to correct the dispute. I called several times and was put on a never ending hold. As I type this, I have been on hold over 20 min and counting. This is not a company you are going to want to do business with.

Do yourself a favor and go to your local health store and you will be further ahead.

After being on hold over 25 minutes, I finally talked with someone from customer service, they said they would refund my money..... we will see!

I had the same experience. We should get together and sue them!

Don't you think this would be the right way to go?

If they were really interested in the study, why they don't help you to remember the steps?

They didn't even wait to charge me...

was that hard for them to at least send me a reminder?

The instructions aren't hard at all, but as they are extended for an entire month, is pretty easy to forget one step. After all, we all have a lot of things on our heads.

Did you people just fall off the proverbial turnip truck?

Guest

Same exact thing happened to me. The third time I logged in to the study to answer questions, it told me I did not meet the requirements of the study.

Then the 199.99 dollar charge was added to my credit card, even though it states you are required to pay for the kit at 39.99.

Now I wonder if the product is even legit.

One thing for sure, it's NOT a study. It is a ripoff.

Progene is a scam

On the radio they describe the benefits in glowing terms. They tell you the study is 'free.' But then, if you miss any of their deadlines, they smash you in the mouth with charges.

Three payments of $19.99, and two payments of $199.99. $460 - so far - for the 'free' product. (I never received any product, btw.) I've had pneumonia and a work-related injury. About all I get done is sit at the computer desperately trying to find a job I can live with.

I remembered Progene when I saw the charges on my credit card. I spent the last hour on the phone with my bank arranging to reject the charges.

"The Progene Male Hormone Study" Appears to be a scam that's why I am here.

I'd like to see 3rd party verification to see if results of their "Study" is for Progene performance or predatory marketing. So far it seems to be a mission from them to make sure the "Study" rules are not obtainable and playing the numbers of everyone that don't defend themselves.

For instance, when the package came in it said in the instructions that "You must login to activate your account within 10 days of receipt of the package." 5 days passed (or 6 days if counting the day, it arrived) and when I tried to login it said that I failed to activate my account in time. I sent a message to them and I heard nothing. I sent another email and still nothing so I called. They reset the account and then I followed the instructions.

Took the survey etc and then again on the following week. However, my next scheduled survey was for 2/2/17 and when I tried to do the survey, it said that I "failed to take the survey on schedule as agreed". I then went into my account to make sure that I did not make a mistake. I confirmed that 2/2/17 was the date of my scheduled survey in my account and looked around to insure I wasn’t missing anything.

To my surprise, I found notes in the account that stated; 01/17/2017 Shipped "Mr. Pace called to see why he was receiving a non-compliant message. I explained to him that he did not complete his weekly survey. I explained to him that as stated in the terms and conditions he received, this is a time sensitive study.

He is required to complete surveys every 7 days as outlined in his personal portal. I informed him that I can unlock his account which will allow him to complete the study. I have extended his study and expressed the importance of following the time schedule. Participant understand that if he misses a deadline again he will be charged" (This was the notes in my account responding to me telling them that I was not able to log into my account for the 1st time to just activate my account.

I didn’t even get to the point of taking a survey yet.) After confirming that my survey was scheduled for 2/2/17, I then forwarded the message of me being locked out (With the email Time and Date Stamp of 2/2/17) and I said that, "I tried to login on 2/2/17 as agreed but it would not let me in, so please advise when the error is fixed so I can complete my obligation". They replied to me with the following message, "You must take the surveys on schedule as agreed or you will be charged the full price".

It seems that if I did not have the presence of mind to challenge their bluff with my proof of time and date stamps as per their instruction with their documented materials, then I would have been charged. Please note, that even though I am providing proof of my compliance, they reply as if they are doing me a favor, (as if to build a phony case) So that’s why I'd like to see 3rd party verification to see if results of their "Study" is for Progene performance or predatory marketing.

Progene - Free Trial Review

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Updated by user Mar 21, 2017

Now they are offering me to have a refund of $136, taking $64 dollars for my delay and I'll have to complete the survey (but if I miss something... oh my god!).

$64 is the "technical fee" for reset my account... The other option was to get a $100 refund, BUT the test would be terminated. So: why are they charging me $200 if they offer me to refund $100 just because... wtf is this?

But the best is this: Then I said (to the representative... that take 15 minutes to answer the phone): but then is the survey delayed one week? Should I complete Survey N (the one I missed) or Survey N+1? (Silence) Ehh, survey N --said the representative, without conviction.

Me: But do I have enough pills to do that? She: Ehhh, you may fall short four or five days. But that's ok. Me: But the result of the last test wouldn't be compromised because of this?

She: (silence) Me: Miss...? She: You can continue the test, don't worry.

TOTALLY A SCAM. I really think we should get together and sue the company.

Original review Mar 21, 2017

If they were really interested in the study, why they don't help you to remember the steps? I missed one online survey for a couple of days and I end up paying $200.

They didn't even wait to charge me... was that hard for them to at least send me a reminder? The instructions aren't hard at all, but as they are extended for an entire month, is pretty easy to forget one step. After all, we all have a lot of things on our heads.

Totally a trap.

The 8 plastic tubes they sent, btw using the cheapest USPS package, and the test (I never got the results!) Can't cost $200 And if you do everything on time you get $20? That's of course an insult

I completed the *** trial and wasn't scammed through it. I was scammed thinking at the beginning I was going to make $200 when in all actuality you only get $10.

I competed my trial and got a statement saying I would make $10.

Been almost 5 weeks and still haven't received my big cash payout of $10. Where is my $10 progene?

AVOID THIS SCAM!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Progene - AVOID THIS SCAM!

The scam is as follows: they offer you free product materials in return for completing their study. You have to complete 5 periodic surveys and return saliva samples so that the company can test your change in Testosterone levels.

The penalty is that failure to complete the study results in being charged for the materials. When you return to the website later to complete the surveys you're locked out and charged for the materials. I should have looked online first and seen the numerous complaints.

Even if a participant actually failed to complete the study, the charge for the materials received is very excessive. You can get the same or better at any GNC for far less.

I was locked out of the surveys and when I was able to get back into my account it said I failed to do things in a timely fashion and that I would be billed for test materials. I was never sent any emails that reminded me or informed me that a deadline was approaching or past.

Every legitimate company that want's things completed on time sends reminders to its customers. Progene wants you to fail so they can gouge you on a test that was supposed to be no risk or obligation.

I will be speaking to my credit card company you can count on that. Perhaps even the BBB.

I am sorry this happened to you and to so many others. Did they pull from your bank under the progene name? My husband is in the middle of his 1st month and I am watching our bank for a withdrawal.

Go to your doctor is idiotic advice. Scam or no scam the ingredients are natural.

Getting medication is not a solution for anyone who cares about their body.

You sound like a dumb ***. Skip the advice and stick to the facts.

so you didn't read the details. I went to the website and it says several times the requirements for completing the plan.

Progene is a scam. If you do not follow their terms to the letter they will charge your account $199.90.

Their website says it is a FREE test.

My dealings with PROGENE are unfavorable, and their staff, including Supervisors will give you the runaround when trying to seek a refund for this charge. My opinion is DO NOT deal with PROGENE in any way.

PROGENE RESULTS

Not going to say who I am but Progene has to be a marketing scam. From all the complaints I am reading they will try to get you for the 189.99 or 199.00 to cover the product and tests results.

If you do follow through, and I did they offer you your "get Paid" money...........$10.00 or the chance to buy more of their product at a discounted rate. Real BIG of them. Wow. That's really worth it for having to do all that work AND if you crew up they bang you for the full amount.

Also I stopped taking the product and actually took it intermittently and not at all at least a week before the final spit test and my results came back higher than the first test...I have my doubts about that. Had some weird side affects and that's why I stopped taking it.

The side affects have gone away, My gut tells me this is all BS and it doesn't really work. If your thinking about doing this test have a blood test taken locally before and after and see what those results are.

I've been involved in legitimate researches before. This is not one of them.

Real ones have you consult with a real Physician in person. While I'm sure there are other ones that do something like this one, to ask for a credit card up front is a dead giveaway that there is something mischevious going on here. They can & will look for any excuse to charge your card (and get away with it). Other legitimate research places will simply send a check at the end of the trials.

The real drug companies that test drugs have enough money to NOT charge if someone makes a mistake.

Which is one of the many reasons drug costs are so high. Do not trust ProGene35
