Progene is a scam
On the radio they describe the benefits in glowing terms. They tell you the study is 'free.' But then, if you miss any of their deadlines, they smash you in the mouth with charges.
Three payments of $19.99, and two payments of $199.99. $460 - so far - for the 'free' product. (I never received any product, btw.) I've had pneumonia and a work-related injury. About all I get done is sit at the computer desperately trying to find a job I can live with.
I remembered Progene when I saw the charges on my credit card. I spent the last hour on the phone with my bank arranging to reject the charges.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Monetary Loss: $460.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
